Choosing an Authentic Life

Imagine…taking several days to breathe, to listen, to tap into who you are and to what is most important to you. Imagine… discovering ways to embrace and align your vision with your every day life. Just imagine!

An integration of our three signature courses, Visioning, Leading Ourselves, and Navigating the Waves, that’s what this multi-day Authentic Living course is all about.

Working alone and with others you will be guided and supported by a smorgasbord of reflective and action oriented tools and activities (e.g.: self assessments, exercises, conversations, writing, art, yoga, meditation and visualization). Along the way you will be equally nourished and inspired by shared meals, each others' stories, and opportunities to spend time in nature (everything from a walk in the woods to paddling on a quiet lake to bungee jumping!)

Our schedule will be a blend of structure and flexibility, evolving and unfolding in a way that honors our individual and collective rhythms and desires. Be your intention to relax or challenge, you always have a choice as to how you participate. Come open to the possibility of surprising yourself!

We will be a group of 6 to 12 individuals from all walks of life who share an interest in living an authentic life!

The course fee of $650 (plus taxes) includes facilitation, booklet, materials, 4 lunches and 4 suppers. Local accommodation options are available upon request (camping, billeting, B & B, inn, motel and hotel).
